Safe4Sure is currently available on Android and can be installed on any Android smartphone or tablet. The web application can be accessed through any standard web browser.
We are working towards building a robust solution for windows devices as well. Our current release does not support windows.
Yes. Safe4Sure includes a Parent web login and a Child app. The Parent can receive real-time alerts, view activity, set preferences and can view their child’s online usage. The Child app runs continuously on the child’s device, allowing Safe4Sure to monitor activity and ensure safe, responsible use at all times.
When the student is outside the school premises, the policies set by the parents will apply. If no policies are configured, the device will operate like a regular device.
The student’s device will receive a notification for the pushed app or file as long as there is an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular). The notification typically appears at the top of the screen.
The Website Filter blocks websites only on the device’s default Safe browser.
